Colly

Inherited this and quite a few other cameras from my uncle.

Chuckles

This is Charles aka Chuck aka Chuckles aka Charlesurich aka Charley Bingbong. I shot him for a portrait project at school. I used my new "nifty fifty". I like it. I missed shooting with a straight 50.

Pinhole

Much to my chagrin, the instructor of my photo course assigned us with the task of getting our sensors absolutely filthy. Here's two of the shots I took.

Schoolio

I'm now attending the Photography program at NSCC. Here's a few shots I took for a class exercise.

The model/fellow classmate is Matt LeBlanc.

Work On, Clock In & Sell Out

I currently work for an evil, multinational corporation. They're a low cost, low pay, low moral operator. But, heck, aren't they all?

The theme during our last annual meeting was "On the bus or off the bus." This year, it was "Counter Culture." I figure next year's will be "Leading Sales Decisively," except they'll just put the initials up on the projector.

The group exercise will involve sugar cubes on our tongues and listening to Grateful Dead.

Up Close

There's this trick you can do with old slr's. You take your lens off, flip it around and hold it flush over the opening of the camera, making sure to cover any spot light could otherwise get through. Set your aperture as wide as you can and voila! You're now shooting macro. Well... sort of. You need to get your exposure before you flip the lens and you move yourself to get what you want in focus. It's kind of awkward, yes. But it's fun!

Once I find some rolls, I'll add more to this post.
